Reward Yourself With A Reward Credit Card27 June 2012 15:30 - Phoebe Robinson Reward Yourself With A Reward Credit Card If you’re good at making monthly paybacks to your bank then why not look into getting a reward credit. A reward credit is like a normal credit card but with some handy extras that could make your life that little bit more luxurious. With a reward credit card you actually earn from your purchases. With each dollar you spend on your card, you can earn a corresponding point. When you have collected a certain amount of these points you can use the points as cash and purchase something of your choice. Moreover you can get a travel reward credit card meaning that your points exchange for mileage rather than cash, so when you have enough points you instantly get a free travel ticket from the credit cards issuer’s sponsor airline. However you must be aware that reward credit cards can have a very expensive annual fee. This is why it is important to do your research and find one with a low annual fee. Some reward credit cards don’t even have annual fees, so do your research! Another thing to be aware of is reward limitations. Some cards promise to give generous points but only until you reach the maximum amount allowed. For example you may be given 5% rebate per dollar but only until you reach $1000 then no matter how much you spend no points will ever been given again. So if you are good at making payments on time then you could get some great deals by getting hold of one of these reward credit cards. But as I said do your research in order to make sure you are getting the best possible deal.
